Last Updated: March 12, 2026
Welcome to Taps Out ATL. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.tapsoutatl.com) and the booking of our mobile beverage and tap truck services.
By accessing our site, using our "Drink-O-Meter," or booking an event, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Alcohol Service & Legal Compliance
• Legal Drinking Age: In strict accordance with Georgia State Law, Taps Out ATL will not serve alcohol to any person under the age of 21. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all guests requesting service.
• Right to Refuse Service: Our staff is trained in responsible alcohol service (TIPS/LEAD certified). We reserve the absolute right to refuse service to any individual who appears visibly intoxicated or behaves in a manner that threatens the safety of themselves, our staff, or others.
• Permitting & Venue: The Client is responsible for ensuring the event venue allows mobile bar services and for obtaining any necessary "Special Event" or "Temporary Pouring" permits required by local municipalities, unless otherwise explicitly specified in a signed service contract.
2. Booking and Payments
• Service Agreement: All specific booking details, including pricing, service hours, and event-specific logistics, will be detailed in a separate Service Agreement or Invoice provided at the time of booking.
• Retainers: A retainer fee is required to secure your requested date on our calendar. Your booking is not confirmed until this payment is received and processed.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and electronic payments through our secure processor.
3. Cancellation Policy
We know the future can be uncertain, and happily accommodate date changes. Cancellations incur a $15 processing fee. Cancellations within 2 weeks of a reserved date will incur an additional 20% fee.
Rainy days can move to a new date, or will be fully refunded.
4. Liability and Equipment
• Equipment Damage: The Client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to the Taps Out ATL mobile unit, taps, glassware, or decorative equipment caused by the Client or their guests during the event.
• Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Taps Out ATL and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the event, including but not limited to alcohol-related incidents occurring after guests leave the immediate service area.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, images, and the "Drink-O-Meter" tool, is the property of Taps Out ATL and may not be used or reproduced without express written consent.
